1. Authorized Use of the Software

The Software may only be installed and used on devices that you own or are lawfully authorized to monitor. Unauthorized installation or monitoring of devices without consent may violate local, state, federal, or international laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your intended use of the Software complies with all applicable laws. Manufacturing Future Technology Co., Ltd. assumes no responsibility for misuse or unlawful use of its Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your full compliance with this EULA, Manufacturing Future Technology Co., Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single mobile device or computer for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may make one backup copy solely for archival purposes, provided all proprietary notices are preserved.

3. Intellectual Property Rights and Reservation of Rights

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Manufacturing Future Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

4. Restrictions

Such Updates shall be governed by this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manufacturing Future Technology Co., Ltd. disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the Software is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Manufacturing Future Technology Co., Ltd. or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, the above limitations may not apply. In such cases, Manufacturing Future Technology Co., Ltd.'s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, excluding conflict of laws principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in your place of residence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Manufacturing Future Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.

14. Entire Agreement and Severability

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Manufacturing Future Technology Co., Ltd. with respect to the Software. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
